Partnering with Adults to Overcome Trauma and Build Resilience

Hello, I’m Ethan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) committed to providing therapeutic support for adults navigating complex challenges. My approach is centered on creating a partnership where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and help you access your inherent strength.

My Focus and Experience

My primary area of specialization is Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress. I have dedicated my career to working with individuals who have experienced overwhelming events, guiding them through evidence-based processes to reclaim their lives.

A significant part of my practice involves working extensively with Veterans. I deeply understand the unique cultural, emotional, and psychological challenges faced by those who have served, and I offer specialized, trauma-informed care tailored to their experience. While my practice is focused mainly on adults, my experience is broad, covering issues such as:

  • Chronic Stress and Moral Injury
  • Grief and Loss
  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Major Life Transitions

I am committed to providing practical, effective tools that foster lasting resilience and help you move from surviving to thriving.

Education and Credentials

I earned my Masters of Social Work from Eastern Washington University. My training as an LCSW provides me with a comprehensive, person-in-environment perspective, ensuring your therapy considers all the factors that influence your mental health and well-being.

Starting therapy is a courageous act. Whether you are seeking to address the lingering effects of trauma or simply need a safe place to process life’s pressures, I am ready to collaborate with you.
